Behind the project
This home is based on our Nordica design, adapted to suit the site, orientation, and CDC approval pathway.
The original footprint of the design was reduced to meet the maximum floor area for secondary dwelling requirements, resulting in a 60m² layout while maintaining a strong sense of space and openness.
