Now open by appointment for a limited time.
Following a successful week of events and strong interest from the community, two recently completed high-performance Scandi projects on the Mid Coast are now open to visit.
Both projects were designed to the maximum 60 m² allowed under CDC for secondary dwellings often called granny flats and were approved in less than 2 weeks via a private certifier. If you’ve been thinking about building a home for your family, investing, or simply want to experience these homes in person — this is your opportunity.
Two homes. Same footprint. Different outcome.

Why visit in person
Photos don’t capture how these homes feel.
Visiting allows you to:
- Experience the space, light, and materials
- Understand build quality and layout
- Ask questions about costs, timelines, and process
- See what’s possible on a real site
Delivered faster, designed to perform
These homes demonstrate a different approach to building:
- Approvals via CDC can be achieved in around 2 weeks (in NSW)
- Pre-cut by CNC machinery millimetre perfect parts can reduce build time by approximately 40–60%
- High-performing homes can significantly reduce ongoing energy costs
Plan your visit
Whether you’re early in your thinking or ready to move forward, this is a rare opportunity to step inside completed homes before they become private.
Nordica — Fridays in May (11am–3pm), other times by appointment
Visteca — by appointment until 5 May
About the projects and recent events
These homes were recently showcased as part of a Mid Coast Tour of Open Homes and Industry Briefing, bringing together local builders, real estate professionals, and community members.
