Visteca is a high-performance granny flat suited for sites with tighter height and setback requirements.
While maintaining the same footprint as Nordica project in Wingham, the design adopts a lower roofline with approximately 3-metre ceilings — creating a more compact form while still delivering a bright and comfortable living environment.
Positioned to face the back of the property, the home captures views towards the existing garden and established mango tree, creating a strong connection between the interior and outdoor setting.
With a separate garage available for storage, the internal layout remains efficient and uncluttered, focusing on practical, everyday living.
Built using prefabricated mass timber elements, the home was delivered and assembled efficiently, reducing construction time while maintaining a high level of quality.
