Visteca is opening as part of the Mid Coast Tour of Open Homes, alongside Nordica in Wingham.

Behind the project
This project is based on our Visteca standard design, refined to suit site conditions, planning requirements, and blocks with height limitations.
While matching Nordica in floor area, it offers a lower roof profile and a sleek, contemporary feel ideal for blocks with height limitations.
