Inclusions of Lockup

Installed by your local Scandi Cabins builder on a relatively level site classified as Class S. This option includes the subfloor, walls, windows, doors, rafters, ceiling boards, and roofing, excluding internal finishes and utility connections.

Inclusions of Turnkey

This fully finished option covers everything, from foundation to internal fitouts, with plumbing, electrical work, bathroom, and kitchenette fitouts (for ensuite and 1-bedroom cabins).

Exclusions

Site preparation, council fees, any demolition works, removal of excavated material, any retaining walls if required, delivery of materials to site, painting, cladding, decking, connection of electrical and plumbing to mains, stormwater engineering design, absorption pits, any landscaping or driveways or any other concreting required, council fees.
