Sitting pretty on the Central Coast of NSW, the stunning Sprucera has been cleverly customised to function as a stylish pool house while also extending the livable space of the family home. With the addition of the impressive outdoor kitchen and expansive deck, our clients created the ultimate entertaining space.
Owners were looking for that extra room needed for their daughter and also for a pool house. Our beautiful timber studio Sprucera fitted perfectly in between the existing pool and the fence.
It seems that the functional aspect of the project would have been achieved. However, talented owners had great ideas to transforming their backyard into an ultimate entertaining space. Sprucera cabin was extended to have an additional outdoor space with fully-equipped kitchen. Bi-folding windows added to the right wall of the studio opens to the outdoor kitchen/entertaining area making it convenient to entertain. The total building size is around 40m² half being indoor and another half for outdoor covered space.
The result wows everyone. And it should, the building perfectly suits the backyard landscape, is aesthetically pleasing and functional. Who would not like to have that in a backyard. What can be better than quality time spent with your family and friends in such a beautiful set up? And it’s in the comfort of your own backyard.
Our Sprucera cabin is very popular to be built as a teenage studio or a pool house. This project is exceptionally well planed and designed to be both with the bonus addition to double the space for entertaining.
